Description

You will manage and troubleshoot Azure infrastructure, hybrid connectivity, and identity services for critical production environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot Azure VMs, Storage, VNets, Load Balancers, and App Services.
• Administer Microsoft Entra ID, AD Connect, VPNs, and ExpressRoute for hybrid cloud integration.
• Lead incident resolution for complex L2 infrastructure issues, performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
• Develop automation scripts using PowerShell to streamline operational tasks and monitoring.
• Manage backup policies, disaster recovery plans via Azure Site Recovery, and maintain infrastructure documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure support or cloud engineering.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure IaaS components (Compute, Networking, Storage).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and hybrid identity management.
• Hands-on experience with VMware and Hyper-V administration.
• Advanced PowerShell scripting and automation capabilities.
• Knowledge of Windows Server, Exchange, and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Familiarity with ITIL incident, problem, and change management processes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure Monitoring solutions and security compliance audits.
• Background in backup and disaster recovery solutions.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
