Description

You manage Azure IaaS infrastructure, hybrid identity systems, and incident resolution for complex L2 support cases.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot Azure Virtual Machines, Storage Accounts, VNets, Load Balancers, and App Services.
• Administer Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), AD Connect, VPNs, and ExpressRoute for hybrid cloud environments.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and resolve complex infrastructure incidents following ITIL practices.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell to optimize infrastructure performance and security.
• Manage backup policies, disaster recovery plans with Azure Site Recovery, and maintain operational documentation.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure or cloud support roles.
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft Azure services (Compute, Networking, Storage).
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and hybrid identity management.
• Administration skills for VMware, Hyper-V, and Windows Server.
• Strong understanding of VPN and ExpressRoute connectivity.
• Incident management and root cause analysis capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Exchange administration.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure monitoring tools and ITIL processes.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
