Description

Manage Windows server patching and infrastructure operations in a large-scale enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, deploy, and troubleshoot patches and vulnerabilities on Windows servers.
• Monitor patch compliance and resolve issues related to patching activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure deployments do not disrupt business operations.
• Lead other engineers in troubleshooting patching failures and providing technical guidance.
• Build, configure, and manage virtual servers to provide operational support.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of IT experience as a Windows support engineer or similar role.
• Extensive experience managing Windows Server OS in enterprise environments.
• Hands-on experience managing cloud infrastructure on the Azure platform.
• Proven experience working with MECM/SCCM.
• Strong scripting skills using PowerShell or VBScript for automation.
• Experience with automation tools such as Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
• Solid understanding of Windows operating systems and patch management concepts.
• Strong change management and ITIL background.
• Bachelor's degree or any graduate degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
