Description

You will provide technical support for desktop, laptop, and peripheral hardware in a large-scale enterprise environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming fault tickets and execute installation of new PCs and peripherals.
• Resolve operating system, application, and network connectivity problems for end users.
• Act as the point of contact between vendors, security teams, and internal stakeholders.
• Implement operational support standards for change management, performance management, and security.
• Support network management tasks and participate in IT upgrade projects.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in a Windows environment support role.
• Experience supporting Microsoft Platforms and Linux Desktops.
• Proficiency with M365 and MS Intune.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS (Server 2022, Windows 10, and Windows 11).
• Solid understanding of networking including LAN/WAN technologies and TCP/IP.
• Hardware troubleshooting skills for PCs, laptops, and printers.
• Experience working in an MNC environment with a user base of over 500 users.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Antivirus and Antimalware technologies.
