Description

You will serve as the technical escalation point for complex network issues and manage the routing and switching infrastructure.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Resolve complex technical network issues as the primary escalation point.
• Manage and maintain Cisco routers and switches in the production environment.
• Configure and support network security appliances such as ASA/Firepower, Fortinet, or Palo Alto Networks.
• Document technical resolutions and communicate network status to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 8 years of IT or engineering experience.
• 5 years of hands-on experience with Cisco routers and switches.
• Experience with ASA/Firepower, Fortinet, or Palo Alto Networks.
• 3 years of experience acting as an escalation point for complex technical issues.
• CCNA certification.
• CCNP certification.
• Professional English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Skills

• 4-year technical degree or any graduate degree.
