Description

Provide Level 2 application support for PeopleSoft Financials modules, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Supply Chain, Billing, and Contracts. Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex functional and technical issues escalated from Level 1.

Responsibilities

• Resolve escalated technical and functional incidents within PeopleSoft Financials.
• Analyze root causes for issues in AP, AR, GL, Supply Chain, Billing, and Contracts.
• Collaborate on fixes and workarounds for complex system errors.
• Document troubleshooting steps and solutions for knowledge base.
• Monitor system performance and user feedback to identify recurring issues.

Required Skills

• 3 years of experience in PeopleSoft Finance support or administration.
• Deep functional knowledge of PeopleSoft Financials modules (AP, AR, GL, SCM, Billing, Contracts).
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve Level 2 technical and functional issues.
• Experience with PeopleSoft Application Engine and SQR is preferred.
• Strong understanding of database structures and SQL for data analysis.
• Ability to read and interpret PeopleSoft error messages and logs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for ticket resolution.
