Description

Provide Level 2 application support for PeopleSoft Financials modules, analyzing and resolving complex functional and technical issues escalated from Level 1.

Responsibilities

• Resolve escalated technical and functional incidents within PeopleSoft Financials.
• Analyze root causes for issues in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Supply Chain, Billing, and Contracts.
• Collaborate on fixes and workarounds for complex system errors.
• Document troubleshooting steps and solutions for the knowledge base.
• Monitor system performance and user feedback to identify recurring issues.

Required Skills

• 3 years of experience in PeopleSoft Finance support or administration.
• Deep functional knowledge of PeopleSoft Financials modules (AP, AR, GL, SCM, Billing, Contracts).
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve Level 2 technical and functional issues.
• Strong understanding of database structures and SQL for data analysis.
• Ability to read and interpret PeopleSoft error messages and logs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for ticket resolution.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with PeopleSoft Application Engine and SQR.
