Description

You will provide L2 platform support and maintenance for enterprise systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage and troubleshoot Linux and Unix environments.
• Support Websphere (WAS/IHS), IIS, and JBOSS application servers.
• Execute database operations and queries using DB2, SQL, and Oracle.
• Monitor system health and performance using Splunk, Dynatrace, and Sitescope.
• Manage incident workflows and service requests through ServiceNow.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in platform engineering or system administration.
• Proficiency with Linux and Unix operating systems.
• Experience with Websphere (WAS/IHS), IIS, and JBOSS.
• Strong SQL skills with experience in DB2 and Oracle.
• Hands-on experience with Splunk and Dynatrace.
• Experience using Sitescope for monitoring.
• Proficiency in Scripting for task automation.
• Experience working within the ServiceNow framework.
• Bachelor's degree or any graduate degree.
