Description

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2 support for production applications and services
• Monitor alerts, incidents, batch jobs, APIs, and application health
• Troubleshoot application, SQL, API, Linux, and integration-related issues
• Perform initial root cause analysis and coordinate with L3/development teams for complex issues
• Manage incidents and service requests within defined SLAs
• Support deployments, releases, and production validation
• Document recurring issues, resolutions, and operational procedures

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of Application/Production Support experience
• Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix, SQL, APIs, and troubleshooting
• Experience with Splunk, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, or similar monitoring tools
• Understanding of incident, problem, and change management processes
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Healthcare experience is a plus
