Description

You will provide L2 technical support and functional guidance for VisionPLUS and FALCON applications. You will own production and UAT issue resolution using API and simulator testing. You will write, test, and maintain FALCON rules. You will act as a Business Analyst to provide technical and functional guidance for FALCON. You will manage Fiserv and Mastercard releases, including regression testing and new logo launches. You will lead teams supporting Payments, VisionPlus, FALCON, and Credit Card ESB applications.

Responsibilities

• Resolve production and UAT issues using API and simulator testing.
• Write and test FALCON rules for application functionality.
• Manage Fiserv and Mastercard release cycles and regression testing.
• Lead support teams for Payments, VisionPlus, FALCON, and Credit Card ESB.
• Provide functional and technical guidance as a Business Analyst for FALCON.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in technical support or application engineering.
• Expertise in VisionPLUS modules: CMS, FAS, TRAMS, and VMx.
• Deep knowledge of FALCON, including Cases Manager and FICO application.
• Hands-on experience with API testing and simulator-based support.
• Proven experience managing Fiserv and Mastercard releases.
• Experience leading teams for payment and credit card applications.
• Degree in any graduate field.
