Description

You provide L2 technical support and functional guidance for VisionPLUS and FALCON applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Resolve production and UAT issues using API and simulator testing.
• Write, test, and maintain FALCON rules for application functionality.
• Manage Fiserv and Mastercard release cycles, including regression testing and new logo launches.
• Lead support teams for Payments, VisionPlus, FALCON, and Credit Card ESB applications.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in technical support or application engineering.
• Expertise in VisionPLUS modules: CMS, FAS, TRAMS, and VMx.
• Deep knowledge of FALCON, including Cases Manager and FICO application.
• Hands-on experience with API testing and simulator-based support.
• Proven experience managing Fiserv and Mastercard releases.
• Experience leading teams for payment and credit card applications.
