Job Responsibilities include:
Provide L2 SRE support for integration and eCommerce platforms, ensuring high system availability, reliability, and performance.
Monitor application health, analyze logs and metrics, and proactively identify and resolve production issues and performance bottlenecks.
Diagnose and troubleshoots P1, P2, and P3 incidents related to APIs, integrations, and eCommerce transactions, ensuring timely resolution.
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues and collaborate with development teams to implement permanent fixes.
Support production deployments, release activities, environment validations, and end-to-end integration testing across multiple systems.
Enhance monitoring, alerting, automation, and operational processes while maintaining runbooks, SOPs, and knowledge base documentation.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field.
4–5 years of relevant IT experience in Integration, E-Commerce Support, Production Support, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).
Hands-on experience with MuleSoft or similar integration technologies, REST APIs, JSON, XML, and production support of integration platforms.
Strong experience with incident management, monitoring and observability tools (Splunk, Dynatrace, LogicMonitor, Azure Monitoring), and supporting mission-critical eCommerce applications
