Description

You will provide L2 Site Reliability Engineering support for integration and eCommerce platforms, ensuring high system availability, reliability, and performance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor application health, analyze logs and metrics, and proactively identify production issues and performance bottlenecks.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot P1, P2, and P3 incidents related to APIs, integrations, and eCommerce transactions.
• Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and collaborate with development teams to implement permanent fixes.
• Support production deployments, release activities, environment validations, and end-to-end integration testing.
• Enhance monitoring, alerting, and automation processes while maintaining runbooks and knowledge base documentation.

Required Skills

• 4–5 years of relevant IT experience in Integration, E-Commerce Support, Production Support, or Site Reliability Engineering.
• Hands-on experience with MuleSoft or similar integration technologies.
• Strong proficiency with REST APIs, JSON, and XML.
• Experience with incident management and monitoring tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, LogicMonitor, or Azure Monitoring.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field.
