Description

You will handle L2 support responsibilities, providing production support and debugging complex software issues.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide production support for systems.
• Debug and resolve complex software issues.
• Apply knowledge of SDLC and ITSM processes to support functions.
• Utilize SQL querying and stored procedures for database debugging.
• Support functions using Unix/Linux scripting and Java.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in software support or engineering.
• Proficiency in Java or other object-oriented programming languages.
• Strong command of Unix/Linux environments and scripting.
• Expertise in SQL querying, stored procedures coding, and debugging.
• Familiarity with database concepts like cursors and erasure.
• Knowledge of Software Engineering concepts.
• Experience with SDLC and ITSM frameworks.
