Description

You will own production environment stability by managing incidents and resolving technical issues.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage production support tasks and handle incident management workflows.
• Write and execute complex SQL queries to analyze and resolve data issues.
• Operate within Linux/Unix environments to maintain system health.
• Develop and maintain scripts using Perl or Shell to automate routine tasks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Production Support or Incident Management.
• Strong proficiency in SQL with experience writing complex queries.
• Hands-on experience working with Linux/Unix operating systems.
• Working knowledge of Shell or Perl scripting.
• Excellent communication skills for incident coordination.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience working within the Investment Banking domain.
