Description

You will provide technical support and system maintenance within a Linux/Unix environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage application environments using Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF).
• Maintain and troubleshoot MongoDB databases.
• Execute change management tasks through CI/CD pipelines using Harness or equivalent tools.
• Handle SSL certificate management and vulnerability management tasks.
• Monitor system health using observability tools to ensure stability.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in L2 support roles.
• Proficiency with Linux/Unix and shell scripting.
• Hands-on experience with Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF).
• Working knowledge of MongoDB.
• Experience with observability tools such as AppDynamics, Splunk, or Grafana.
• Practical understanding of CI/CD pipeline-based change management.
• Experience managing SSL certificates and vulnerability remediation.
