Description

You will provide expert-level technical support for complex Java-based applications and systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead troubleshooting of complex Java-related issues.
• Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve root causes.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base.
• Mentor L1 and L2 support engineers.
• Work with cross-functional teams to improve application stability and performance.

• 5+ years of experience in Java development or support.
