Description

Manage L2 support for the Global Risk Platform, ensuring timely production of risk measures, reports, and batch processes while resolving incidents and service requests.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Monitor overnight risk batch processes and publish daily status reports to stakeholders.
• Manage incident tickets via ITSM tools (JIRA, ServiceNow) and track resolution through to closure.
• Execute release management activities for UAT and Production environments.
• Assist users with creating queries and dashboards using Matsuri (ActivePivot) and Snowflake.
• Contribute to operational documentation, including knowledge-base articles and runbooks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT support or engineering roles.
• Proficiency in SQL for data investigation and analysis.
• Hands-on experience with Unix/Linux for log monitoring and batch job handling.
• Scripting expertise in Python, Shell, or Powershell for automation tasks.
• Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD tools.
• Experience with software configuration management and version control.
• Proficiency in collaboration tools such as Confluence and JIRA.
• Understanding of financial products (Rates, FX, Equities) and risk metrics (VaR, FRTB).
