Description

You will provide L2 support for UNIX and SQL systems, handling command execution, scripting, and database query management.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Execute Unix/Linux commands and perform scripting tasks to resolve system issues.
• Develop, debug, and manage SQL queries and stored procedures.
• Apply object-oriented programming concepts to support scenarios.
• Maintain system stability through effective troubleshooting and resolution.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional IT support experience.
• Strong proficiency in Unix and Linux environments.
• Advanced SQL querying skills, including stored procedure coding and debugging.
• Experience with Java, C++, or Python.
• Familiarity with SQL Erasure and Cursors.
• Ability to debug complex system and database issues.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with object-oriented programming in support contexts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
