Description
You will provide Level 2 technical support, resolving production issues and debugging system problems.
This role is on-site.
Responsibilities
- Debug and resolve production support issues.
- Apply hands-on coding skills to address system problems.
- Utilize SQL querying and stored procedures for data troubleshooting.
- Navigate and script tasks using Unix/Linux commands.
Required Skills
- 4-10 years of experience in a support or engineering role.
- Proficiency in SQL, including querying and stored procedures.
- Experience with Java, Python, or C++.
- Strong command of Unix and Linux environments.
- Knowledge of SDLC and ITSM processes.
- Experience with database concepts and debugging.
