Description

You will provide L3 support for front office systems, focusing on troubleshooting and system optimization.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, debug, and fix bugs within existing production systems.
• Optimize existing applications to ensure scalability and performance.
• Manage complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and database cursors.
• Execute Unix/Linux commands and scripting to maintain system stability.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in application support or engineering roles.
• Strong object-oriented programming experience in Java, C++, or Python.
• Proficiency in Unix/Linux environments and shell scripting.
• Advanced SQL querying capabilities.
• Experience coding and debugging stored procedures.
• Hands-on experience with database cursors.
• Degree in any graduate field.
