Description
You will manage, troubleshoot, and optimize Azure cloud infrastructure, supporting transformation initiatives and resolving complex technical incidents.
Responsibilities
- Build and validate Azure landing zone services and support cloud migration projects.
- Troubleshoot L2/L3 incidents related to Azure IaaS, PaaS, networking, and OS (Linux/Windows).
- Implement cloud-native monitoring, dashboards, and alerting systems for application-level insights.
- Manage Azure AD, patching, and backup strategies while adhering to ITIL processes.
- Support delivery teams with technical solutions and DevOps workflow integration.
Required Skills
- 4-10 years of hands-on experience in Azure Cloud management.
- Expertise in Azure IaaS and PaaS troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge of Azure Active Directory (Azure AD).
- Experience with cloud-native monitoring tools and dashboarding.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and incident management.
- Understanding of DevOps workflows and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with DC migration projects and application migration strategies (rehost, replatform).
- Ability to troubleshoot OS defects, patching, and network services.
Preferred Skills
- Expertise with Azure Kubernetes Services (AKS) and Azure Container Registry.
- Experience with TCS Accelerators (Cloud Mason, Cloud Counsel).
- Microsoft Certified Azure Administrator certification.
