Description

You will automate and execute protocol testing for L2/L3 networking environments.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop Python-based test cases to automate manual testing processes.
• Enhance test coverage and automation frameworks for regression testing.
• Debug failed test cases and identify new test scenarios to improve reliability.
• Perform solution testing and manual testing across networking protocols.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in protocol testing and automation.
• Proficiency in L2/L3 protocols including VLAN, OSPF, BGP, and MPLS.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Python for test automation.
• Knowledge of SDN, SD-WAN, and network virtualization.
• Experience with MPLS Segment Routing, L2/L3 VPN, VxLAN, EVPN, and VRRP.
• Strong debugging skills for complex protocol testing tasks.
• Familiarity with API testing automation and networking fundamentals.
• Degree in BE, MCA, ME, M.Tech, MSc, or any graduate qualification.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Cisco Firewall security testing.
• Knowledge of Threat, Identity, and Encryption/VPN testing.
