Description

Provide Level 3 production support for a legacy C++ treasury platform on Unix/Solaris. You will own incident resolution, root cause analysis, and code-level debugging for mission-critical banking operations.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve complex production incidents impacting treasury operations.
• Perform root cause analysis for system defects, outages, and operational failures.
• Analyze and debug C++ application code to identify and fix system issues.
• Implement bug fixes, patches, and minor enhancements to maintain stability.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, operational runbooks, and troubleshooting guides.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in C++ application development or production support.
• Hands-on experience supporting applications on Unix and Solaris environments.
• Proven track record providing L3 production support for enterprise applications.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and log analysis skills.
• Experience with shell scripting for automation and diagnostics.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve issues in large legacy codebases.
• Strong understanding of incident management and production support processes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with treasury systems, liquidity management, or internal banking platforms.
• Familiarity with backend data stores or enterprise databases.
