Description

You will own L3 application support and operational stability for production systems.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot trading and market data production issues to restore service.
• Implement pre-release and post-deployment verification procedures.
• Integrate and manage deployments using Rundeck or DevAzure.
• Define and document operational procedures and runbooks.
• Recommend infrastructure improvements based on incident analysis.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in application support or related engineering roles.
• Proficiency with Linux command line, shell scripting, and standard file manipulation.
• Working knowledge of SQL, including query optimization and schema understanding.
• Experience with job automation tools such as Autosys or Control-M.
• Familiarity with Python scripting for automation tasks.
• Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile frameworks.
• Experience with deployment tools like Ansible or Rundeck.
• Ability to document corrective and preventative action plans for stakeholders.
