Description

You will design complex network solutions and resolve high-level technical escalations for clients.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Interact with clients on-site to define and meet complex solution requirements.
• Own the resolution of escalated client requests and support applications to first-line resolution.
• Design technical solutions and contribute to higher-complexity design work.
• Mentor and coach junior implementation engineers and technicians.
• Coordinate engineer activities to meet performance targets and maintain project documentation.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of professional experience in network engineering or related roles.
• Expertise in Technical Solution Design and Installation Management.
• Proven ability in project management and technical administration.
• Strong skills in Problem Resolution and technology services.
• Experience in report writing and maintaining detailed project documentation.
• Ability to provide third-line remote, telephonic, and on-site support.
• Demonstrated experience in customer engagement and client-focused problem solving.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to work under pressure and manage complex escalations to third parties.

Any Graduate degree.
