You resolve escalated technical issues to minimize business disruption and maintain system stability.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve escalated technical issues to minimize business disruption.
• Implement, maintain, and optimize systems, networks, and applications following industry best practices.
• Lead root cause analysis for recurring incidents and develop preventative solutions.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to Level 1 and Level 2 support engineers.
• Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to support infrastructure upgrades and deployments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical support or engineering roles.
• Hands-on experience with .NET Core development and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with Python development and application maintenance.
• Strong understanding of operating systems and networking protocols.
• Knowledge of security protocols.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
