You will provide high-level technical support and system optimization for MES operations.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Provide third-level support for complex MES operational issues.
• Lead root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions to prevent recurring problems.
• Drive design reviews and optimize application performance.
• Collaborate with software developers and infrastructure teams to improve system capabilities.
• Analyze and resolve system issues to maintain operational stability.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical support or related roles.
• Advanced technical expertise in MES and related software platforms.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for diagnosing complex technical issues.
• Experience using system monitoring tools and advanced analytical techniques.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Any Graduate degree.
