Description

You will own the design, implementation, and troubleshooting of large-scale enterprise and data center network infrastructures.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement data center and large enterprise infrastructure using Cisco platforms.
  • Manage and troubleshoot Nexus series (9k, 7k, 5k, 2k), Catalyst series (3000, 4000, 9000), and ISR/ASR routing platforms.
  • Configure and maintain firewalls including ASA and Palo Alto, alongside VPN technologies like Global Protect, IPSec, SSL, and GETVPN.
  • Deploy and optimize data center technologies including VDC, VPC, OTV, FabricPath, and FCoE.
  • Execute network changes, resolve outages, and manage telecom carrier relations and circuit provisioning.

Required Skills

  • 8-12 years of relevant network engineering experience.
  • Expertise in Cisco switching, routing, and wireless platforms.
  • Advanced knowledge of Layer 2 and Layer 3 protocols including BGP, IPv4, and IPv6.
  • Hands-on experience with Cisco ISE, Radius, and TACACS (ACS).
  • Proficiency in LAN technologies: STP, Trunk, EtherChannel, VPC, HSRP, and VRRP.
  • Experience with VPN technologies: Global Protect, IPSec, SSL, EZVPN, DMVPN, and GETVPN.
  • Deep understanding of DHCP, DNS, and Infoblox.
  • Experience with Load Balancers, specifically A10, GSLB, LACP, and PaGP.
  • Familiarity with QoS, CoS, and WRRED parameters.
  • Experience with Service Now, Riverbed NetIM, and Cisco DNA Center.
  • Knowledge of MPLS, Metro Ethernet, and Hub & Spoke architectures.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with multi-tenancy in data center environments.
