Description

You will provide onsite support for Layer 2/3 networking within the stadium infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Provide onsite support for Layer 2/3 networking across multiple IDFs/MDFs.
  • Troubleshoot switching, routing, VLANs, STP, trunking, and general connectivity issues.
  • Assist with network changes, firmware updates, and hardware installations (rack/stack, cabling, labeling).
  • Support routing protocols (OSPF/BGP basics), ACLs, QoS, and segmentation best practices.
  • Provide real-time troubleshooting during events, including weekend and Sunday coverage.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise network environments.
  • CCNP-level networking knowledge.
  • Strong understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, and switching fundamentals.
  • Proficiency with troubleshooting complex network issues.
  • Experience with OSPF and BGP basics.
  • Familiarity with STP and Trunking concepts.
  • Ability to work onsite in IDF/MDF rooms and handle physical equipment.
  • Availability for weekend and Sunday shifts based on event schedules.
