You will provide onsite support for Layer 2/3 networking within the stadium infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Provide onsite support for Layer 2/3 networking across multiple IDFs/MDFs.
- Troubleshoot switching, routing, VLANs, STP, trunking, and general connectivity issues.
- Assist with network changes, firmware updates, and hardware installations (rack/stack, cabling, labeling).
- Support routing protocols (OSPF/BGP basics), ACLs, QoS, and segmentation best practices.
- Provide real-time troubleshooting during events, including weekend and Sunday coverage.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise network environments.
- CCNP-level networking knowledge.
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, and switching fundamentals.
- Proficiency with troubleshooting complex network issues.
- Experience with OSPF and BGP basics.
- Familiarity with STP and Trunking concepts.
- Ability to work onsite in IDF/MDF rooms and handle physical equipment.
- Availability for weekend and Sunday shifts based on event schedules.
