You will design, implement, and optimize enterprise network infrastructure and wireless solutions onsite in Washington, D.C.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize Cisco Meraki wireless, switching, and security solutions.
• Configure and manage network environments using the Meraki Dashboard.
• Deploy LAN/WAN architectures utilizing hierarchical segmentation and SD-WAN.
• Implement and troubleshoot advanced routing protocols and secure cloud networking.
• Ensure network compliance with FedRAMP and FIPS 140-2 standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise network engineering.
• Deep expertise in Cisco LAN/WAN and Cisco Wireless.
• Hands-on experience with Meraki Solutions and Meraki Dashboard.
• Proficiency with SD-WAN and network segmentation.
• Strong knowledge of routing protocols including OSPF, BGP, IS-IS, and RIP.
• Experience with Layer 2 protocols such as STP, VTP, and LACP.
• Familiarity with MPLS/MP-BGP and CAPWAP/LWAPP.
• Understanding of 802.1x/RADIUS, WPA3, and 802.11ax/802.11be wireless standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Cisco certifications such as CCNP or CCIE.
