Description

Lead technical support for non-WAN network environments including LAN, wireless, firewalls, and load balancing.

Responsibilities

• Manage Cisco enterprise routers, switches, and wireless infrastructure including WLC/WiFi and Cisco Prime.
• Administer data center technologies such as Cisco ACI, Spine/Leaf, and specific switch models.
• Maintain network security through Fortinet, Palo Alto Next Generation Firewalls, and Cisco ASA/Firepower.
• Oversee load balancing and traffic management using F5 LTM/GTM and Riverbed Steelhead.
• Support identity and IP management via Cisco ISE, ACS, and Infoblox IPAM DDDI/GSLB.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in network support and administration.
• Expertise in Cisco enterprise hardware (12k, 5940, 7500, 5500, 3600).
• Hands-on experience with F5 load balancing and GTM.
• Proficiency in VPN management including IPSec and SSL.
• Direct experience with Cisco WSA and ASA.
• Security management using FortiGate Manager and Palo Alto IPSec.
• Cloud hosting experience with AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Knowledge of URL proxification, categorization, and reverse-proxy setups.
• Experience with Viptela and Riverbed Steelhead optimizers.
