You will act as a level 3 technical expert for Microsoft Office 365 environments.

Responsibilities

• Resolve complex technical issues escalated to the L3 support tier.
• Manage and maintain Microsoft Office 365 infrastructure and services.
• Provide deep-level troubleshooting for enterprise-scale O365 deployments.

Required Skills

• 6 years of relevant experience in Office 365 administration and support.
• Deep technical expertise in L3 O365 troubleshooting.
• 8 to 10 years of overall professional IT experience.
• Degree in any graduate field.
