Description

You will provide high-level application support and technical troubleshooting for investment banking systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, debug, and resolve complex application issues to minimize production impact.
• Manage the full incident lifecycle, including raising problem tickets and escalating to management.
• Communicate technical status and business impact clearly to users, stakeholders, and development teams.
• Collaborate with developers to drive issue resolution and implement system transformations.
• Monitor production environments to ensure stability and performance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in L2 or L3 application support.
• Proven experience in Investment Banking or Banking environments.
• Proficiency in at least one object-oriented programming language: Java, C++, or Python.
• Strong experience working within Unix/Linux environments.
• Solid understanding of SQL and database management.
• Ability to perform code debugging and explain technical concepts clearly.
• Strong individual troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Degree in any field (Any Graduate).
