Description

You will handle L3 production support for critical systems.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and troubleshoot issues using SQL and log analysis.
• Support and maintain Linux-based environments.
• Manage and troubleshoot middleware servers (Tomcat, Jetty, WebLogic).
• Coordinate with development and infrastructure teams for fixes and deployments.
• Monitor system performance and implement improvements.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional experience.
• Expertise in Production Support.
• Proficiency with SQL.
• Strong experience with Linux environments.
• Hands-on experience with Apache Tomcat.
• Experience supporting Jetty.
• Familiarity with WebLogic.
• Middleware Support experience.
