Description

You will own L3 production support for critical systems, ensuring stability and rapid resolution of complex issues.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and troubleshoot production issues using SQL queries and log analysis.
• Support and maintain Linux-based server environments.
• Manage, monitor, and troubleshoot middleware servers including Apache Tomcat, Jetty, and WebLogic.
• Coordinate with development and infrastructure teams to implement fixes and manage deployments.
• Monitor system performance metrics and implement improvements to enhance stability.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional experience in production support roles.
• Expertise in L3 production support for critical enterprise systems.
• Proficiency with SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting.
• Strong hands-on experience with Linux environments.
• Hands-on experience supporting and troubleshooting Apache Tomcat.
• Experience supporting Jetty middleware.
• Familiarity with WebLogic server administration.

Preferred Skills

• Middleware support experience across multiple application servers.
• Background in coordinating cross-team deployments and incident management.
