Description

You will provide advanced troubleshooting and resolution for complex issues within the bank's regulatory messaging infrastructure.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve escalated technical problems to minimize business disruption.
• Lead root cause analysis for recurring incidents and implement preventive solutions.
• Debug and correct issues in Java/Spring Boot and .NET applications without writing new code.
• Maintain and optimize Linux servers, SQL Server databases, and microservices architectures.
• Provide technical guidance to Level 1 and Level 2 engineers.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure support.
• Strong Linux server administration (priority) and Windows server experience.
• Deep understanding of SQL Server, including mirroring and listeners.
• Ability to debug Java/Spring Boot and .NET codebases.
• Proficiency in Python and shell scripting for automation and troubleshooting.
• Working knowledge of microservices, APIs, and system networks.
• Experience documenting solutions and technical standards.
