Description

You will manage critical infrastructure operations, resolving hardware, software, and user faults at national sites while maintaining high-level server security and SLA compliance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage hardware, software, and user faults within defined SLAs using queue-based processes.
• Execute OS updates, major/minor version upgrades, and security patching via automation.
• Perform root cause analysis and maintain high-level server security standards.
• Build and migrate physical and virtual servers across Hyper-V and VMware environments.
• Administer Red Hat Satellite, including content management and creating VLANs or hostgroups via Ansible.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Linux administration experience with deep expertise in RHEL.
• Hands-on experience with Red Hat Satellite and Ansible Automation Platform.
• Proficiency in upgrading RPMs, kernels, HBA drivers, and managing SAN disks, multipathing, and LVM filesystems.
• Strong networking knowledge including SFTP, HAProxy, DNS, and general network configuration.
• Experience applying ITIL processes, specifically Incident, Change, and Problem Management.
• Ability to obtain SC clearance.
• Valid driving license.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Citrix 7.15+, PVS, or NetScaler.
• Knowledge of Microsoft System Center Orchestrator, PowerShell, or CyberArk.
