Description

You will support operations infrastructure and represent the team in customer control centers to resolve issues and support software and infrastructure at critical national sites.

Responsibilities

  • Manage hardware, software, and user faults within defined SLAs using queue-based processes.
  • Execute OS updates, major/minor version upgrades, and security patching via automation.
  • Perform root cause analysis and maintain high-level server security standards.
  • Manage backups and restores using ReaR and maintain golden images for DR activities.
  • Build and migrate physical and virtual servers across Hyper-V and VMware environments.
  • Administer Red Hat Satellite, including content management and creating VLANs or hostgroups via Ansible.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in Linux administration.
  • Expertise in RHEL, Red Hat Satellite, and Ansible Automation Platform.
  • Hands-on experience with SFTP, HAProxy, DNS, and Networking.
  • Proficiency in upgrading RPMs, kernels, HBA drivers, and managing SAN disks, multipathing, and LVM filesystems.
  • Experience applying ITIL processes, specifically Incident, Change, and Problem Management.
  • Ability to obtain SC clearance.
  • Valid driving license.
  • Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Citrix 7.15+, PVS, or NetScaler.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft System Center Orchestrator, PowerShell, or CyberArk.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow, SQL, NetBackup, Rubrik, Windows Server (2016/2019), or Oracle.

Education

Any Graduate
