You will serve as a senior technical expert for SailPoint implementations and support, owning complex identity management workflows and high-level escalations.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex identity management workflows and configurations.
• Resolve high-level technical escalations and system issues.
• Provide technical leadership for identity governance projects.
• Ensure stability and performance of SailPoint environments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in identity and access management.
• Deep expertise in L3 SailPoint technical support and implementation.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for complex identity governance issues.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with large-scale identity governance deployments.
• Knowledge of integration patterns with enterprise directories.
