Description

You own L2 and L3 application support for production systems, ensuring high availability and resolving critical incidents.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive actions for recurring incidents.
• Collaborate with development teams on code reviews, system enhancements, and long-term fixes.
• Manage incident, change, and problem management processes, including stakeholder communication.
• Escalate complex issues to management or specialized teams when necessary.

Required Skills

• 4–10 years of experience in L2/L3 application support and development.
• Proficiency in object-oriented programming with Java, C++, or Python.
• Hands-on experience with Linux/Unix operating systems.
• Experience managing and querying MySQL or similar databases.
• Ability to write and use Shell Scripting for automation and troubleshooting.
• Experience using Splunk for monitoring and Jira for issue tracking.
• Strong debugging and technical analysis skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for stakeholder management.
