Job Responsibilities include:
Serve as the highest-level escalation point, resolving complex production issues and ensuring platform stability within SLA timelines.
Debug, maintain, and enhance custom components including JPOs, MQL scripts, Python utilities, triggers, and EKL rules.
Perform root cause analysis on system failures, data integrity issues, and performance bottlenecks to implement long-term solutions.
Manage and troubleshoot platform configurations, including data models, lifecycles, and access controls.
Support deployments, upgrades, and patches, including impact analysis, testing, and release coordination.
Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to drive issue resolution, optimize performance, and maintain knowledge base documentation.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (master’s preferred).
8–10 years of overall IT experience with at least 5+ years in 3DEXPERIENCE/ENOVIA development or L3 production support.
Strong hands-on experience with 3DEXPERIENCE platform customization (JPOs, MQL, EKL, Python) and advanced troubleshooting in PLM environments.
Proven expertise in root cause analysis, performance tuning, and managing enterprise-scale PLM systems with DevOps tools (Git, Jenkins, etc.)
