Description

You will provide L3 operational support for Cisco WSA appliances across a global enterprise environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Deploy WSA appliances from scratch and configure security policies.
• Monitor, manage, and maintain WSA appliances to ensure high availability and optimal performance.
• Handle advanced incident management, problem resolution, and root cause analysis.
• Configure URL filtering, access controls, user authentication, and HTTPS decryption policies.
• Implement changes following ITIL change management processes and maintain operational documentation.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of IT security experience, with 4+ years at L3 level on Cisco WSA.
• Expertise in WSA administration, including URL filtering, DLP, malware scanning, and HTTPS decryption.
• Strong knowledge of network protocols: HTTP, HTTPS, DNS, TCP/IP.
• Proficiency in ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change management).
• Ability to analyze logs, packet captures, and proxy reports for troubleshooting.
• Experience with proxy bypasses, PAC files, and O365 integrations.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco WSA, Cisco ASA Firewall, Proxy, Zscaler, Cisco Router, and Palo Alto.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of security frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, and GDPR.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field required.
