Description

Provide high-level technical support and system administration for enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage and troubleshoot UNIX-like operating systems (AIX, HP-UX, Solaris, OS X, Redhat, SuSE, Debian).
• Administer Microsoft Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, DNS, Group Policies, and LDAP.
• Perform network troubleshooting using packet capture, analysis, and tools like netstat and ping.
• Execute certificate installation and management using OpenSSL.
• Manage multiple technical problems while adhering to Change Control Processes.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in technical support, Development, or System Administration.
• Proven SysAdmin experience with UNIX-like or Linux operating systems.
• Solid understanding of Windows Server, Active Directory, Users/Groups, Replication, and DNS.
• Experience with local user authentication and authorization (/etc/passwd, /etc/groups).
• Ability to perform network analysis via packet capture across various interfaces.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• 4+ years managing and troubleshooting Active Directory (ADSI Edit, Permissions).
• 2+ years with enterprise network configuration and DNS troubleshooting.
