Description

You will provide high-level technical support for Google Workspace and resolve complex issues for a diverse client base.

Responsibilities

• Perform root cause analysis on complex technical problems to ensure permanent resolution.
• Collaborate with a global support team to resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Manage and prioritize multiple workloads in a high-pressure environment.
• Provide technical support during off-hours and overtime as required.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of technical support experience.
• Deep expertise in Google Workspace and other SaaS solutions.
• Advanced troubleshooting and analytical skills for complex technical environments.
• Proven experience in customer-facing technical roles.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
