Description

Provide high-level technical support and system administration for enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage and troubleshoot UNIX-like operating systems including AIX, HP-UX, Solaris, OS X, Redhat, SuSE, and Debian.
• Administer Microsoft Windows Server environments, focusing on Active Directory, DNS, Group Policies, and LDAP.
• Perform network troubleshooting using packet capture, analysis, and tools like netstat and ping.
• Execute certificate installation and management using OpenSSL.
• Manage personal workload and multiple technical problems while adhering to Change Control Processes.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in technical support, Development, or System Administration.
• Proven experience as a SysAdmin responsible for UNIX-like or Linux operating systems.
• Solid understanding of Windows Server, Active Directory, Users and Groups, Replication, and DNS.
• Experience with local user authentication and authorization such as /etc/passwd and /etc/groups.
• Ability to perform network analysis across various interfaces via packet capture.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Effective written and oral communication skills for customer service delivery.
• Ability to manage workloads independently and work within a team.

Preferred Skills

• 4+ years of experience managing and troubleshooting Active Directory, including ADSI Edit and Permissions.
• 2+ years of experience with enterprise network configuration and DNS troubleshooting.
