Description

Engineer solutions for code generation and validation, owning the full lifecycle of automated testing and quality analysis.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Write, evaluate, and rewrite code in Python, Java, C, C++, and JavaScript to solve complex engineering problems.
• Architect and implement automated test suites and benchmarking systems to evaluate code quality and correctness.
• Analyze and improve the quality of both human-written and AI-generated code.
• Act as a technical lead for code evaluation initiatives, setting technical direction and mentoring engineers.
• Partner with research scientists and ML engineers to integrate feedback and drive model improvement.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of hands-on software development experience.
• Proven experience in Test Engineering or Software Engineering in Test (SET).
• Proficiency in Python, Java, C, C++, and JavaScript.
• Experience building complex validation systems.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related STEM field.
