Description

You will manage and maintain the physical infrastructure within the lab environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Rack, build, cable, configure, and provision servers.
• Deploy Cisco layer 2 networking equipment.
• Troubleshoot, test, and perform quality assurance on server hardware.
• Resolve hardware issues using the trouble ticket system.
• Operate safely within the data center environment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Familiarity with Windows Server, Linux, and Unix operating systems.
• Knowledge of Data Center operations.
• Ability to lift approximately 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Basic networking knowledge.
• Proficiency in hardware troubleshooting methods.

• Experience in a fast-paced environment.
