Description

Manage physical installation, configuration, and maintenance of IoT solutions in the lab and at customer sites.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure IoT sensors, devices, and networking hardware to ensure end-to-end solution functionality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues in the lab and at remote locations.
• Conduct site surveys at customer locations to identify optimal installation points for fixed readers.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors, partners, and OEMs to manage hardware and software support.
• Travel to customer sites across the US and the Americas to oversee product deployments and installations.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in deployment and hardware installation.
• Proficiency with Linux.
• Experience with C, Python, or PowerShell.
• Strong networking and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to perform physical installations of devices and sensors.
• Willingness to travel internationally within the American continent.
• Any Graduate degree.
