Description

You will manage physical lab hardware and ensure equipment readiness for engineering testing.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and move hardware racks within the lab environment.
• Manage rack-mounted equipment and perform necessary software updates.
• Troubleshoot and triage hardware issues organically without relying on pre-written scripts.
• Maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance for engineering test cycles.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in a lab or hardware environment.
• Proficiency with Mac OS and Mac OS X Server.
• Experience running simple scripts to automate tasks.
• Ability to perform manual, non-scripted troubleshooting and triaging.
• Competency with LabTech.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for collaborative work.
• Ability to work effectively in ambiguous environments.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
